Rental Property in Craig
The following properties are all located at the intersection of Hwy 40 and Cty Rd 30 just half a mile west of State Road 13 in Craig, Colorado and are one of the newer properties built in town. The actually address for the property is 100 Cty Rd 30. The property is easy to spot with it's green roofs and red barn and an elk ranch right next door at the intersection of HWY 40 and Cty Rd 30. It is easily seen from Hwy 40 and is located on the south side of Hwy 40 across from the NW Storage facility.
All kitchenware and linens and satellite TVs are provided/included. Housekeeping however, is not responsible for cleaning dishes or kitchen areas such as the refrigerator, stove, oven, sink... All of the below described properties come with all linens and utilities (towels, sheets, water, electric, satelite TV etc.) and weekly housekeeping which includes: towel change, sheet change, vacuuming, dusting, emptying the trash, and bathroom cleaning. Dishes and kitchen areas are the responsibility of the individual occupants and an additional cleaning fee wil be assessed if dishes are left for housekeeping or the stove or oven need to be cleaned.
There is a propane Weber grill for use of all. The property is one of the newer rentals in town. The cabins are 8 yrs old and the house and duplex are 10 years old. Most of the beds, mattresses, linens and dishes are new (less than 3 months old).
We have four individual cabins at $100 a day, $500 a week or $1250 each per month plus additional taxes at 9.9% for rentals under 30 days during off season from December 15th-August 15th. During peak season, August 16th- December 14th, we only offer a daily and monthly rate, the weekely rate is not available. Cash, check and debit/credit cards are accepted; however there is a 4% fee for debit or credit cards and there is a return check fee if the check doesn't clear.

The wood paneled cabin feel Duplex rents for $250 a night, or $1250 a week or $2500 a month plus additional taxes at 9.9% for rentals under 30 days during off season from December 15th-August 15th.
