Flat Tops Cabin

 

The cabin has a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, two living room or sitting room areas, a large dining room area, two bedrooms on the first floor (one has a queen bed and the other has 2 sets of twin bunkbeds), a dormitory with 6-8 double beds on the second floor and one full bath and an outhouse.

Minimum stay is 3 nights at $325 a night for up to four people. Rates do not include an 8.4% sales tax. Call for rate information on parties greater than four people.

Policies

  • Deposit equal to one night's stay is required to secure your reservation. High demand periods (hunting seasons) require a 50% deposit.

  • Three-night minimum stay required.

  • Fourteen-day cancellation policy – any cancellation made within the 14 days will forfeit deposit (one night's rent).  Hunting reservations must be cancelled by May 31st for a refund.

  • Administrative fee for all cancellations is $35 ($25 if no credit card transactions were involved).

  • No Smoking.

  • No Pets

  • Check-in after 3:00 p.m.

  • Checkout by noon.

  • Checks are fine and we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover - Sorry American Express is not available at this time.
